Basalt offers seasonal California cuisine, drawing influences from the earliest traditions of Mexican and Spanish cooking from Executive Chef Esteban Escobar in downtown Napa. Olla Cocina

Situated on Poipu Beach, the restaurant features outdoor lanai seating and handcrafted tropical drinks.

Purple Palm Restaurant

The Purple Palm Restaurant is a hidden oasis, located inside the beautiful boutique Colony Palms Hotel in the heart of Palm Springs. Re-designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard in 2007, the historic property is known for hosting Hollywood’s A-listers such as Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra and Rita Hayworth. The restaurant features California-inspired cuisine topped off with a unique and refreshing cocktail program.


A wine country inspired casual pizzeria by Richard Reddington, a six-time Michelin star recipient and James Beard Nominee. Redd Wood features wood fired pizzas, house-made pasta an small plates alongside artisanal cocktails and a thoughtfully-curated wine list. Richard is also the owner and Executive Chef of the highly acclaimed REDD Restaurant also located in Yountville.

Yankee Pier Lafayette

Yankee Pier Lafayette, a bustling and vibrant sustainable seafood house, offers Chef/Partner Michael Dunn’s ocean-fresh seafood “fresh from coast to coast.” Local seafood, sourced in accordance with the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program, which promotes sustainable practices that are healthy for ocean wildlife and the environment, is presented with a nod toward New England.
